My receipt snap has stopped working all of a sudden. It's says they have been uploaded and it is extracting info. I've refreshed and reinstalled and nothing is showing

I need help on how to fix this! I have 3 months to add and that will take forever manually.

This isn't the experience we wanted you to have with the Receipt snap option, Shannon. Since you've already tried refreshing and reinstalling the app without success, we highly recommend contacting our Live Support team so they can look into this unusual behavior. Just be sure to reach out during their support hours.
