My transactions are stuck on Oct 23, 2020. The accounts seem linked properly, I am not getting any errors. I have manually hit update and it doesn't update.
It sounds like you're working with the banking feeds feature in QuickBooks Online, which is a great time-saver when it comes to adding and categorizing your transactions into the software. Since these connections are handled across the Internet as QuickBooks Online communicates with your bank's website, errors can sometimes occur and there might be a number of reasons they are. Knowing that you're not getting any error messages and that the Update button isn't making a difference with downloading the transactions is a good start. The following steps make sure that the cache and Internet are clear of issues that might be causing problems with how QuickBooks Online is running and receiving information.
