Hello sukhgill112,

It sounds like you're working with the banking feeds feature in QuickBooks Online, which is a great time-saver when it comes to adding and categorizing your transactions into the software. Since these connections are handled across the Internet as QuickBooks Online communicates with your bank's website, errors can sometimes occur and there might be a number of reasons they are. I'll help you with this.

Knowing that you're not getting any error messages and that the Update button isn't making a difference with downloading the transactions is a good start. With a few more details, such as which bank you're having the trouble with, and some troubleshooting, we can work through the next steps to take to get things functioning again.

I'm not seeing mention of the bank account or a screenshot that might show what it is in your post, so I'll share troubleshooting steps with you. The following steps make sure that the cache and Internet are clear of issues that might be causing problems with how QuickBooks Online is running and receiving information. I encourage you to go through each of these, seeing if the connection has been re-established after each.

If you're still having trouble after that, please contact the QuickBooks Online support team outside of the QuickBooks Community. Taking that step allows us to securely gather your account information to check on the back-end connection of your account and will also give us the chance to gather all the necessary details to troubleshoot further. Here's how to get in touch.
