Hi there, Beth.
Let's troubleshoot your browser to ensure it works efficiently with QuickBooks Online.
There are many reasons why you're experiencing this:
- Ensure your internet connection is fast and stable.
- Ensure that your browser is up to date. Check out our list of supported browsers here.
- Check if your firewall or antivirus isn't blocking access to QBO.
Feel free to reply the error message you're seeing so we can provide you with the accurate solution you needed. As of now, let's troubleshoot your browser to clear cached files that have caused QBO's malfunctions. If you're using Google Chrome, here's how:
- At the top right, select the More ⋮ icon.
- Click Settings.
- Select Privacy and security.
- Choose Cookies and other site data.
- Select See all cookies and site data.
- Type intuit in the search bar to find Intuit cookies.
- Select Remove all shown or the trash can icon.
- Restart Google Chrome for the changes to take effect.
If you mean that your bank is having issues staying connected to QBO, please check your bank's website if there are any ongoing server maintenance. Since you're already experiencing this since June 6, it's best to contact our support and inform them about your bank and the error you're seeing.
Once everything is good, you can continue with your business workflow such as, categorizing your transactions or reconciling an account in QBO.
