Pay roll error and new to quick books came from sage

Welcome to the QuickBooks family, Saunarivard!

 

I'm excited to have you join us using QuickBooks Online and its Payroll add-on service. These are great options for managing your business's books and payroll all in one place, and I can't wait for you to get started. When you come over from other software, there can sometimes be errors, and I want to make sure those are ironed out so you can get to work.

 

For these kinds of situations, having more detail about what's going on and what errors you're seeing is important. Knowing the errors, your setup, and how transferring the data from Sage to QuickBooks Online went can help us with moving forward to get you back on track.

 

I recommend working with our support team outside of the QuickBooks Community for this one, simply because it'll give our team the opportunity to review your account details and setup securely to see where whatever error you're running into might be coming from. There are a few ways you can get in touch with our team. Feel free to choose whichever option works best for you from the ones listed below.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat. Support is available from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.
