You'll still be asked for FINTRAC even though your Payroll module is cancelled because you signed up for Payments and/or Payroll, and your account remains active despite not being used recently, annamar69.
If you want to suspend the money movement services, you can either choose not to provide the requested business information.
As for your second client, may I know what information has been accepted? Since any accounts with active payments or payroll need to comply with FINTRAC.
