J'ai dû téléverser certains relevés bancaires (carte crédit) au format .txt. Je vois très bien toutes les transactions lorsque je suis dans mes opérations bancaires mais lorsque je veux rapprocher j'ai le message qu'ils ne sont pas encore importés.
Votre banque ne propose-t-elle que des fichiers TXT ? Ne propose-t-elle pas d’autres formats comme le CSV ?
Hi, @Corinne25. QuickBooks Online only allows them to be reconciled once they’ve been added to your account register. If they’re still in the For Review tab or haven’t been matched yet, you’ll see the message that they “haven’t been imported yet”.
To resolve this issue, navigate to Banking > For Review and review each transaction. Either Add it to your register or Match it to an existing transaction. Once all transactions have been added, return to Reconcile, and your transactions should now be ready for reconciliation.

However, if the message still appears, try signing out and signing back in to QuickBooks Online to refresh your account.
