Thanks for reaching out, Steve395. I’d be happy to help get your bank transactions updated in QuickBooks Online.
First, could you let me know if you’re seeing any specific errors while trying to pull in your bank transactions? If so, you can refer to this article, which provides solutions for specific bank errors: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.
In the meantime, I recommend logging out and then back in to refresh the screen. Since it says your bank is updated but transactions aren’t reflecting, refreshing the connection can often resolve syncing delays.
If the issue persists, you can manually upload your transactions as an alternative:
- Log in to your bank’s website and download your transactions in a compatible file format, such as .csv or .qbo.
- Once you have the file, go to the Link account ▼ dropdown, then select Upload from file.
- In the Select account ▼ dropdown, select the account you want to upload the transactions into.
- Upload the account statement file from your computer.
- Match the columns in the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Then select Continue.
- Select the transactions you would like to import. Then select Continue.
- Select Yes, then select Done.
If there’s anything else you need, don’t hesitate to comment on this thread. We're here to help you.
