Quickbooks self employed will not download my .csv Vancity credit card report

I have tried many ways to download previous banking information from my Vancity Credit Card and the download does not work.  I don't get an error message or anything else. It just sits there and does nothing.  Help please!

Let's check if a full cache is causing this behavior, hlauprecht.

A cache stores your browsing data, so a web page reloads faster when you revisit it. However, a full one can cause unusual behaviors in QuickBooks.

To start checking, you can sign in to QuickBooks using a private browser. This stops the cache from saving data, and it's a good way to check issues caused by a full cache. If you can successfully import your transactions, please go back to your regular browser and delete the cached data. If you can't, you can try signing in using other browsers.

Hi there jaykohan,

Thanks for taking the time to try the suggestions mentioned in the original response. They're both great for making sure that what you're running into isn't caused by a simple browser issue. From there, we'll need to do more troubleshooting to discover what's going on and preventing you from uploading your banking transactions into QuickBooks Self-Employed. I'll point you in the right direction.

I recommend getting in touch with QuickBooks Self-Employed support directly so you can work one-on-one with an agent. They'll be able to let you know other troubleshooting you can try and will be able to escalate the issue if needed. Here's how you can reach that team.

  1. Select the Assistant.
  2. Type and enter "talk to human."
  3. Follow the prompts to reach an agent.

Check out the Contact QuickBooks Self-Employed Support article to learn where to find the Assistant tool in the browser or in the app.

Don't worry, we're here to help you get back on track!
