Quickbooks self employed will not download my .csv Vancity credit card report

I have tried many ways to download previous banking information from my Vancity Credit Card and the download does not work.  I don't get an error message or anything else. It just sits there and does nothing.  Help please!

Let's check if a full cache is causing this behavior, hlauprecht.

 

A cache stores your browsing data, so a web page reloads faster when you revisit it. However, a full one can cause unusual behaviors in QuickBooks.

 

To start checking, you can sign in to QuickBooks using a private browser. This stops the cache from saving data, and it's a good way to check issues caused by a full cache. If you can successfully import your transactions, please go back to your regular browser and delete the cached data. If you can't, you can try signing in using other browsers.
