If you're referring to making the inactive customer active again, yes, you can definitely do it in QBO. Here's how:
- Log in to your QBO account.
- Click on Sales at the left pane.
- Select Customers.
- Click on the small gear icon above the Action column.
- Check the box beside Include inactive.
- Find the customer's name and click on Make Active under Action.
Once completed, you'll now be able to make the customer active again.
