Can only do a few T1's and then F4 key is blank

After working with a few tax returns we are running into the problem that when we open another return and press the F4 (jump key) the listing is blank. We then have to close Profile and start again. We had this problem last year and we find it getting worse.

I am having the same problem and also at times cannot open the spouse's return
