I know having the option to work in your preferred language is great not only for ease-of-use, but also to ensure that you're avoiding any mistakes in your books. The QuickBooks Self-Employed software is a great option for many businesses, and I'll be happy to go over this version of QuickBooks to make sure it's the best fit for your needs.
As Fiat Lux mentions, QuickBooks Self-Employed is available in English and there isn't an option to switch the program to French at this time. QuickBooks Online does offer a French version, so that may be a good option to consider to meet your needs. I wanted to make sure you have the information you need about potentially making the switch and the Online version of the software to help in your decision making.
Something else to consider with QuickBooks Self-Employed is that it doesn't support QST.
