Hello bpdesign,

Great to learn you're integrating your favourite third-party apps with QuickBooks. QuickBooks is a versatile program which makes it simple to sync accepted third-party apps of your choice. It'd be a pleasure for me to share info that'll help steer you in the right direction so you can complete your work with peace of mind.

Normally, the taxes are also included during the transfer of data between Snyder and QuickBooks. To troubleshoot this on your QuickBooks account, I suggest clearing cache and cookies to start. As you use your browser, it collects cache and cookies and when they're not cleared regularly, they can cause minor issues on your browser. Don't worry, you can fix these issues by following the steps in this article here: Clear Cache and Cookies. I recommend giving this a try and if the issue persists, I also suggest checking with Snyder to see if there's troubleshooting which can be done on their end. Please click this link here to contact Snyder. support.

Let me know if you have further questions by leaving a comment below. I got your back. Otherwise, I wish you an amazing rest of the week. :)
