I can not get the recurring transaction to open - all I have is a spinning green circle?

Hi there, 

 

It's essential you're able to open your recurring transactions so you can view/edit them. Don't worry, I'd be glad to give you a hand from here. 

 

Based on what you've described, I suggest clearing cache and cookies on your browser. Doing this helps fix most issues the site may be having. You can do this by following the steps in this article: Clear Cache and Cookies. Once you've done this, try opening the recurring transaction again and let me know what happens. I also suggest trying a private/incognito window and let me know if you're still seeing the spinning circle.
