I have loaded my QB Desktop 2021 onto a new computer. I have gone through the "Activate your Product" window, and it shows me the registration, with the advice to print my information. However, it won't take me any further. What do I need to do?

You must contact Support and ask to reactivate your license. If they refused to do so, you can use the trial version as a workaround.
