in the pay bills window how do I expand or collapse columns?
Hello stefan88,
Thanks for reaching out to us here. I'd be glad to share more info and help steer you in the right direction so you can accomplish your QuickBooks goals.
The option to expand/collapse columns is available when you hover over the column title in question. Upon hovering over the column title, a horizontal and vertical line appears and this allows you to drag the column to the desired size. In case this option isn't available, it means that the column you're looking to expand/collapse isn't available on the screen you're on.
Give this a try and let know how you make out. I'll be one message away in case you have other questions.
Thank you for your reply James.
Unfortunately on the "select Bills To Be Paid" window the Date Due, Vendor Ref no, Disc Rate Amt Due etc are all greyed out so no chance to do anything with them.
I remember there was somewhere that I changed the columns that I wanted to show but now impossible to find. I thought it was under preferences, but no.
your help is appreciated.
