Hi userli9htroom,
I can see how having the option to merge QuickBooks Online accounts might be helpful for a number of reasons. I can go over the options available in and for the program so that you can take the best steps to move forward with your accounts.
QuickBooks Online company files are separated into individual accounts. While they can be under the same login details, they're distinct sets of books, and, at this time, there isn't an option built into the program to merge accounts. If you'd like to move information from one account to another, I've got a few articles that can guide you through the options.
Other options include third-party apps such as Fiat Lux has mentioned. Third-party apps can do a number of things, such as transfer data to and from accounts and more. You can review the apps you can use with QuickBooks Online by visiting the Apps tab in your program.
Once you've got the data from one account to the one you'd like, you're welcome to cancel an account if you don't need it anymore. This article walks you through how that works and the process to follow: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription
I also invite you to share feedback about how QuickBooks Online manages your company files to let our product development team know what would be useful for you in the program. Here's how you do that: How do I submit feedback?
Wishing you the best!
