My Reconciliation reports are no longer printing. When pressing the print icon, the print page shows blank and my printer prints a blank page

Hello shane-keddie,

 

Thanks for joining us! Keeping on top of your reconciliations is good practice when running a business as it gives you the opportunity to make sure everything that's needed is in your books and keeps you on top of expenses in your account. Being able to print out the reports for your records is useful for making sure you have another copy of this information. I'll help you with figuring this out.

 

We've had other reports of this happening when users have been using the QuickBooks Online app for Windows or Mac and it's something our engineering department is currently working to resolve. If this fits your situation, there are two things you can do.

 

The first is to switch to using a browser when you need to access and print the reconciliation reports. This will ensure that you're still able to obtain these details to either store or share with someone else outside of the program. It's important to me that you're able continue working even while we're working on resolving this issue.

 

The second thing you can do is contact the QuickBooks Online support team to have your account added to our list of affected users. This works doubly by alerting our team that you have the issue as well and gives you the opportunity to receive updates directly from them once you're on that list. As a public forum, we wouldn't want to exchange your account information here. The other support options ensure your details are kept private. I'll leave the contact details at the end of this post.

 

If you're not using the app and yet still running into this issue, I recommend browser troubleshooting. Clearing the browser cache, trying a private browser window, and even trying another browser type are all great ways to troubleshoot the browser. As a cloud software, how well the Internet is working and temporary Internet files can affect the overall performance of the program.
