Hi there, Kirk. Normally, the payer address isn't showing on those individual T4A slips.
QuickBooks Online omits the payer address from the "Contractor Copy" to maintain a simple layout. Rest assured, your address is still included on the T4A Summary, the Employer copy, and the official filing that goes to the CRA. However, if you notice that a subcontractor's address is really missing, you can update that through their profile.
Since the contractor only needs your name and the amounts in the boxes to file their taxes, you're all set. You can go ahead and mail those slips exactly as they are.
