If you’re seeing different information on the screen and on the printout, I suggest clearing your internet browser cache by following the steps here: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1771580-how-do-i-clear-my-browser-cache-and-temporary-internet.... This process removed old data that can interfere with the website’s proper display and loading. Once done, restart your browser and try to print the report again.
