The transaction from my bank hasn't been downloaded to my app for the last two days. is there a fix for this?

Hi there haydenrobinson,

 

Tracking your business income has never been easier than with QuickBooks Self-Employed. The mobile app means all the features you know and love are available from the palm of your hand. The bank feeds in particular are one of the most helpful and time-saving features so I want to make sure that your transactions are pulling through as expected. 

 

In troubleshooting bank feeds issues, it's important to determine whether the issue lies with your financial institution, or with the connection between QuickBooks and the financial institution. The first thing I'd like you to try is logging into your online banking from your bank's website. If you run into an issue at this stage of the process, please contact your bank to see if they can help you resolve it. Once resolved it's likely that your transactions will pull into QuickBooks Self-Employed again. If you're able to login just fine and there are no warnings or prompts that require your attention, let's proceed with the next step to troubleshoot.

 

It's important to rule out app issues, so a step I always recommend when it comes to using our mobile apps is to uninstall and reinstall it. This helps to reset things in a way, and once you've logged in again your data will be back and you'll be able to get back to business. Once you've completed this step, check on the status of your bank feeds. If your transactions are still not pulling through, please access QuickBooks Self-Employed from our website using a browser on a computer. If the issue persists there as well, it likely means there's a deeper issue that our engineering team will need to take a look into.

 

When the problem requires a fix from our engineering team, it's important that you reach out to the appropriate support for your product in order to report it.
