I had a stroke and open heart surgery - when I finally realized I needed to have all my QBO back - i found out QB deleted my account info - is there any way to get it back - the data was just deleted in Jan 202
Hello, FishermansHardware. I'm sorry to hear about what you've been going through lately. QuickBooks Online (QBO) has a policy where data remains accessible for up to one year after a subscription is cancelled. During this grace period, you’ll have read-only access to your account, and you can reactivate your subscription at any time to restore all your data. However, after one year, the account and data may be permanently deleted.
Regarding your account status, once your subscription has ended and your billing period is over, you will lose active access to your account. However, QBO retains your data for up to one year, depending on your plan. During this retention period, reactivating your subscription will restore all your information. If you don’t reactivate within this timeframe, your data will be permanently deleted and no longer accessible.
If you have further questions or encounter any difficulties, feel free to reply to this post or start a new one. I’m always here to help! Thank you for sharing your concerns, and I’m glad I could assist you today.
stop with the nonsense - you did not answer the question - so I suspect that this is indeed recoverable - just laziness to do it - this is not even 30 days - and i know you keep backups - if you do not, you are not in compliance - send me a link to download
