Sales receipts sent : problems found

While doing the end of day i keep getting this message "Sales receipts sent : problems found"   how do i fix this?

this happens when i do end of day, count the money and then finances i guess gets transfered to the Quickbooks Pro program(not the pos) and everything begins to transfer and backup.

I am getting the same error whenever I run an end of day. 

Mine seem to be related to 2 cash refund receipts.

We can view the activity log to navigate the error, valmont325. 

 

In the Financial Exchange prompt, click the View Activity Log button. Choose financial center and if the error is not showing then the error is resolved. If the error still persists, I suggest contacting the POS Support to help you get rid of the errors. 

 

Please click this link and select the QuickBooks Payment (Merchant Servuces, Go Payment) and Point of Sale section.

Glad to see you back in the Community. Thank you for trying the steps my colleagues provided above. I can see there are a few things you need to check out to see what's causing this issue.

 

Let's run a rebuild and verify on the company file to determine if there is any data damage in the company file. After the rebuild and verify has completed, view the QBwin.log to determine the errors in the file. All the information that you need is provided in the link above. This will resolve all problems if data damage is causing the issue.
