I am attaching a screenshot of the error message that started showing up today (April 30 of course). Sometimes when I clicked OK it still printed a barcode. One time the error went away after a Profile restart. Now it prints the T1 Condensed form without barcode no matter what I do. I just updated to version 2020.4.1

Make sure there are no warnings in the auditor. If all issues in the auditor have been resolved or signed off the barcode should print unless there are issues with ProFile accessing the internet. If you need further assistance, call us at 1-800-452-9970.
