Does any one else find it annoying that CRA is sending out letters to clients asking them to call them to ok that we have got them to sign a form. One client called, but CRA's voice mail was full. Before CRA would just send out a letter to client saying we were on file to rep them and if they did not want that they should call. Now it is the other way around.
