T4A form business number not displayed

Hello,

i'm reviewing the T4A from my vendor menu in quickbooks desktop.

the business number is entered in every vendor profile, but when I preview the T4A form the field 013 remains empty. Not sure why the business number is not displayed on the form and how to fix this. Any help on this matter would be much appreciated.

Hello,

Actually, there is a check box on the top-right of the T4 review screen to switch from Individual to Company status. Then the company number is displayed. There is no way to store this preference at the vendor profile level, therefore, you need to check manually on each T4.
