Since this is a public forum, I suggest reaching out to our Live Support Team, as they can further investigate the root cause of the issue and help you resolve it. Here's how to reach them:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online app.
- Navigate to the (?) Help icon from the Menu tab.
- Tap the Articles and support.
- Choose the Contact Us button at the bottom.
- Follow the prompts, then choose a way to connect with them: Have us call you or Chat with us.
In the meantime, you can create an expense manually to record your receipts.
