If you're using Android, clear the software data by going to Settings > Apps > QuickBooks app > Storage > Clear Data. For iPhone, navigate to Settings > App > iPhone Storage > QuickBooks App > Offload.
Once done, restart your phone and verify if the snap works properly. If the problem persists, uninstall the app and then reinstall it to proceed with your business tasks.
Alternatively, you can upload your receipts through a web browser.
