The supplier and category dropdown no longer appears in my banking transactions. I've tried multiple browsers this week and nothing appears.

The supplier and category dropdown no longer appears in my banking transactions. I've tried multiple browsers this week and nothing appears.

When I try to input a category and supplier name that already exists—with exactly the same name—I'm prompted to input a new category/supplier. When I start typing, no predictive text appears. The dropdowns are totally defunct and I cannot recategorize expenses or assign them to a supplier.

QuickBooks makes it easy to manage your transactions while you focus on other areas of your business. First, I'd like to start off by doing some troubleshooting to determine if this isn't a browser related issue. When was the last time you cleared cache and cookies on your browser? Clearing cache and cookies is a great way to clean your browser allowing it to work more efficiently. Here's an article which shows you how to do that: How to clear cache and cookies. If this doesn't work, I suggest using a private/incognito window to see if that works instead. 

 

If this issue persists, don't hesitate to reach back to me in the comments below. Feel free to send screenshots for visual reference. You're also more than welcome to cover any sensitive information in the screenshots. Give this a try and let me know how you make out.
