Hi there, Ashish. The option to switch to a Grouped view is only available during the initial linking process. Because of this, you will have to disconnect your Square integration and then reconnect it to update your preferences. Before doing so, please categorize all the pending transactions first to prevent them from being deleted.
You can go to Integrations > Manage integrations> Action > Disconnect > Confirm Disconnect. If you can't find Disconnect in the menu, select Settings, then locate the Disconnect button on the page.
When linking the Square app again, make sure to select Record sales summary instead of Record sales individually. This way, QuickBooks Online will create sales receipts for the transactions within a deposit as a group, rather than generating a separate entry for every single customer.
