QuickBooks Online is a great way to back up and manage your attachments. These can easily be linked to transactions, reconciliations, customers, suppliers, and even sent out with emails. I'll be happy to help you get started.
You can view and manage your attachments in just a couple simple steps:
Select Settings ⚙️.
Under Lists, choose All Lists.
To attach directly to a transaction, simply upload or drag into the bottom left Attachments section. Check the Attach to email box to include a copy for your customer as well.
