Uploading attachment from email

Hey treasurer341,

QuickBooks Online is a great way to back up and manage your attachments. These can easily be linked to transactions, reconciliations, customers, suppliers, and even sent out with emails. I'll be happy to help you get started.

You can view and manage your attachments in just a couple simple steps:

  1. Select Settings ⚙️.
  2. Under Lists, choose All Lists.
  3. Select Attachments.

To attach directly to a transaction, simply upload or drag into the bottom left Attachments section. Check the Attach to email box to include a copy for your customer as well.

There's all sorts of great ways to use attachments for your business. This awesome article includes detailed information about this: Attachments in QuickBooks Online

I've got your back, so let me know if there's any other ways I can help.
