What info do you need exactly for update my business info for Fintract?

The information that Intuit needs depends on your business type, Akbar.

 

If you're a Sole proprietorship, you are asked to provide the following info:

 

  • Owner title (use Chief Executive Officer as owner title if none of the options apply to you)
  • Government-issued ID
  • Utility bill (alternatively, you can provide a statement for a bank account, a prepaid payment product account, a credit card account, or a loan account bearing the account holder’s name and address, which must match the information on the application)

 

For Private partnership:

 

  • Co-owners: Name and address all individuals with 25% or more ownership of your business.
  • A current and valid municipal, provincial, territorial, or federal government-issued document that contains the legal business name and address. These can include:
    • Company/Corporate Profile Report
    • Articles of Incorporation
    • Certificate of Incorporation
    • Partnership agreement or registration
    • Business license (unexpired)
