Hi there, Janiz. A common issue with emailed reports showing as blank is having a custom field with a blank or null name. Though the report may look fine in QuickBooks Online (QBO), it will render blank in emails.
Check if the report displays data correctly on-screen. If it does, test by sending it to yourself first. If it still fails, look for any unnamed custom fields and remove them. You can do this by going to Settings, selecting All lists, and choosing Custom fields.
If problems persist, consider exporting the report as a PDF or Excel file to your computer and manually emailing it to a board member.
