where can i find Basic Company Financials. I can print it last month. I cannot find it anymore

In QuickBooks Online Accountant, you can locate the Basic Company Financials report in a couple of ways.
 

The main way to find basic company financial reports is to first go to the Your Books section on the left, then select the Reports tab, where you’ll see key reports like Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and other company financial statements.

You’ll also need to ensure the Reports tab appears in your Menu settings, as it may be hidden by customization.
 

Here's how to check:
 

1. Go to Menu Settings and click Customize this menu.
2. Under Your Books, scroll to Reports and check the box to show it in the left menu.
3. Click Save.
   
   

You can also access basic company financial reports by clicking Accountant Tools at the top and selecting Reports to open the full report center.

Once you’re on the Reports page, click on your desired report to open it, then click the Print icon if you need a hard copy.

 

If the Reports section is still missing after checking both locations, let's verify your access in the account. 

Here's how:
 

1. Proceed to the Gear Icon and navigate to Your Team.
2. Confirm that you have accountant, admin, or a role that has access to Reports.

If you're listed as a team member with limited access, reach out to your firm admin to have them check your access permissions or request full accountant access.
