To narrow down the invoices you’ve sent to your customers, let's pull up the Transaction List by Customer report and customize it.
- Go to the Reports menu, then Standard reports.
- Enter Transaction List by Customer in the search box.
- Set the Report period and click the Customize button.
- Filter it to your specific Customer and Transaction type.
- Tick the Sent, Name, Transaction type, and Modified on to refine the data you want to see in the Columns section.

As for the deleted invoices, you can use the Audit log. This keeps records of all actions taken in your account, including creating, editing, emailing, deleting, or voiding transactions. Here’s how to access it:
- Navigate to the Gear icon, then Audit log.
- Set the Date Changed and Events to Deleted/Voided transactions.
- To cross-check emailed invoices from the Transaction List by Customer report, you can expand the filter to include All transactions to track modifications or emailed actions.
