Who stole my hamburger?

Hi all,  I am using QB Online in Chrome.  Suddenly, my hamburger is gone.  I have not changed settings anywhere.  I tried clearing cache, didn't help.  I work on a laptop and use the menu hide often.  How do I get my hamburger back??

It's important you have your hamburger back. Don't worry, I'll be happy to look into this and assist with getting you back on track. 

 

Could I have you try to use a private/incognito window? Try this out and let me know if you're still unable to see the hamburger. If so, I'll have you try a different browser as well to see what happens. In the meantime, let me know if you have other questions. I'll be happy to assist.

I tried Chrome, IE11, MS Edge, and Firefox, both regular and incongito or equivalent.  No hamburgers.  I'm starving.  :(

I hear you on this, shermizzle. I wouldn't want to keep you starving for too long. Since you've went through all that troubleshooting for the hamburger, I've reached out to our engineers to make sure this issue is addressed ASAP. Not sure if it is related to my missing burger, but QB is running so very slowly/freezing constantly that I am getting nothing done.  I downloaded the local version, and its worse.  I have cleared all caches, closed everything, checked my internet, my computer, my everything and its not helping.  For example:  I run a Journal Report for a 3 month period.  I opens slower than normal, but then freezes.  I get the error message that the page isn't responding.  If I chose to wait, it takes literally MINUTES before my mouser is working.  I tried my son's super duper gaming pc, and the same thing happened.  I don't even know what to do at this point.  Something is definately wrong.

Update:  I purchased a new pc which seemed to fix my speed issues but STILL NO HAMBURGER.

That did not work.  Also, shrinking my window small enough to trigger the hamburger would not solve the problem that the screen was too small and I couldn't enlarge it.  

 

I got a new computer and the hamberder is back.  No idea why but here it is.
