QuickBooks offers the dashboard menu which provides a snapshot view of how your business is doing. I can see why you'd not want limited users to see this information. Rest assured, I'll be glad to share more information about the user roles in QuickBooks.
There are three types of limited users that can be added to the account;
- Limited User (Views customers and sales)
- Limited User (Views customers and purchases)
- Limited User (Views customers and sales, plus suppliers and purchases)
All the limited users on the account can view the dashboard. A way around this would be adding None user. This user can't use any of the accounting features in QuickBooks Online.
