T4s are generally accessible in Workforce once your employer files them and makes them available. It may also take some time for Intuit or your employer to process and file your T4. Typically, these forms should be available for viewing in QuickBooks Workforce not later than January 31st.
Some companies release T4s in batches based on factors such as department, region, or alphabetical order. If you're in the middle of a rollout, this will explain why some employees can view their forms while others cannot.
