This isn't a permanent change, Francois. Normally, you can view photos of your expense receipts immediately after they are uploaded to QuickBooks. To resolve this unusual behaviour, please contact our Live Support team directly. To do this, you can go to Help > Search > Contact Us.
From there, you will have to describe your issue and choose between Chat or Callback. Our team will review your account in real time for any irregularities and work with you to resolve the root cause of this issue.
In the meantime, you can still manage your receipts by signing into your QBO account using any supported web browser.
