QuickBooks has updated its mobile app to make things easier, faster, and more user-friendly. The new dashboard improves navigation, so you can quickly find guidance and key features. You’ll also have better tools to manage customer relationships right from your phone. Features like lead intake and voice notes help you track conversations and manage leads more effectively. Posting and updating transactions is now simpler, saving you time and reducing manual work.

 

You mentioned that you can’t see anything you’ve done before. Could you share what specific information you’re looking for? This will help us guide you and provide the right assistance.

 

Please note, the redesigned app is now the standard, and there’s no option to switch back to the old version. We encourage you to explore the new features they’re designed to be helpful and intuitive, even if it takes a little time to get used to.

If you notice missing information or features that aren’t working, try uninstalling and reinstalling the QuickBooks app. This usually refreshes the app and fixes display issues. After reinstalling, sign in again to check if your previous data appears. Rest assured, your information is safe because it’s stored in your QuickBooks account, not on the app itself.
