Hi, Marcle. The reason you see the Last Fiscal Year filter on some pages but not others comes down to how the QuickBooks Online prioritizes your current tasks versus your historical records. Workflow pages, like Banking, Sales, and Expenses, are designed for your to-do list. Since these areas focus on active, day-to-day management like categorizing new transactions, the system prioritizes rolling date filters such as 30, 60, and 90 days.
Report pages, on the other hand, are specifically designed for historical data. They serve as the standard reference for tax preparation, audits, and year-end reviews, making the Last Fiscal Year option essential.
To view an entire year's worth of data on a workflow page, you can always manually enter your start and end dates using the Custom date filter. It takes a few extra clicks, but the entries are always there.
