Could you let me know what bank account is connected in QuickBooks? Please know that QuickBooks automatically downloads the transaction from your bank every night, which should also update your bank balance.
To ensure your bank balance is updated, you’ll need to manually refresh the Banking page by clicking the Update button.
Here's how:
- Go to the All Apps menu.
- Select Accounting, and choose Bank Transactions.
- Click the Update button to refresh the page.
After doing this, your bank balance should display correctly.
