Since this issue has persisted for over a month, I recommend contacting the QuickBooks Live Support team for immediate assistance. They have the tools to check the status on their end and roll out a fix as soon as possible.
Alternatively, you can manually import your bank transactions into QuickBooks using a CSV file by heading to the Gear icon profile in the top right and selecting Import data from the Tools menu.
After you manually import bank transactions into QuickBooks Online using a CSV file, they will appear in your Bank transactions tab.
