How do you print 2 bills on a cheque?

Hi there,

Paying your bills has never been easier with QuickBooks Online. I know how essential it is for you to be able to print your bill payments on a cheque in order to get your suppliers paid. I'll explain how to record two payments at once, which will show up on the same cheque for printing.

If you have two open bills for the same supplier in your Expenses list, you can record a single payment combining them together. To do this, click the + New icon, then select Pay Bills.

All your unpaid bills will appear here, and you'll want to check off the box next to the two bills you'd like to record a payment for. Once checked off, click Save and Close to record the payment.

Now, click the + New icon, then select Print Cheques. You'll see the bill payment you just recorded in your printing queue. Check the box next to this bill payment, then click Preview and Print.

That's all there is to it. Here's more information about how to print cheques in QBO: How to print cheques.
