Adding additional entries for Part A - Identification section on form GST25

To create additional entries in Part A - Identification section on form GST25:

1. Launch ProFile.
2. Press F4 function key to display Form Explorer.
3. Type GST25 in the Form field and press the Enter key to display the form.
4. While on the GST25 form screen, right-click in a data field in Part A - Identification section and select Insert  row to add second Part A - Identification section.
5. You can repeat step 4 to add a third Part A -  Identification section if required.
