I use T sheets for time tracking. Currently if i try to clock in/out it ask all my employees to select a service item. T sheets says this must be done in QB?

You'll need to ensure that the service items you're using to track billable hours are all entered into QuickBooks, or that the list was imported from TSheets upon integration with QBO. Here's how you can Add product and service items to QuickBooks Online
