Thanks for reaching out here. QuickBooks Online provides a time saving feature that allows you to pre-fill forms. When it's not something that suits your business needs, you can turn it off and manually complete your forms. I'll be happy to show you how!
Keep in mind, you can turn this feature back on at any time as you feel necessary. Follow these steps to turn off autofill;
1. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Account and settings
2. Open the Advanced tab from the left menu
3. Scroll down to the Automation section
4. Click on the Edit ✎
5. Set the toggle switches on or off to your preference.
-Pre-fill forms with previously entered content
-Automatically apply credits
-Automatically invoice unbilled activity
-Automatically apply bill payments
