Hi userinvoice,
Your cheques hold valuable information and it's vital you're able to customize them to your liking. At this time, you can edit how your cheques align but the design itself remains the same. QuickBooks makes it simple to align your cheques so they print the right way. I'd be happy to show you how to align your cheques using the steps below:
- Select + New.
- Select Print Cheques.
- At the bottom of the page, select Print setup.
- Select the type of cheques you have: voucher or standard.
Note: Depending on your region, there may only be one type available. - Load blank paper into your printer. You'll print on blank paper first, so that if you need to correct alignment, you won't waste actual cheques.
- Select View preview and print sample, then choose the Print icon.
Note: Follow Solution 1 if you're unable to print, or the printed sample doesn't align with the blank cheque.
