I am trying to match GL bank account transactions with bank statements. Some of the amounts deposited by quick books online do not show up in bank statement.

Since this is similar to one of your previous posts, I would like to take a closer look at what's going on.
You've mentioned amounts deposited by QuickBooks Online, if you're using our Payments services this could be caused by an issues with the mapping. If you're noticing a large number of deposits like this in multiple accounts, you can update the mapping in just a couple easy steps:
Click on the Gear icon then select Account and Settings.
Select the Payments tab and update the Chart of Accounts mapping (if you only see the option to Learn More, it's probably being caused by something else).
Click Save then Done.
If you're noticing deposits in your bank account are significantly larger (or vice versa), it's possible the deposits are recorded differently. You can open a deposit in QuickBooks by clicking on it to quickly see if it includes any smaller transactions.
